A: YES, all our batteries come with a 1-year full replacement warranty. During checkout you have the option to purchase an additional 2-year warranty to extend your warranty. Please note the warranty is up to 3 replacements. We noticed after 2 replacements its normally the alternator or other electrical issues that is draining the battery. The warranty is non-transferrable to other individuals. Must be the original purchaser of the battery.

A: NOTHING! We ship our batteries to you for FREE via FedEx, from our corporate facility or nearest franchise location to you. That way, we are sure that the battery will get to you in just 2-5 business days if you are ordering.

A: No. Unfortunately, while we can ship to any address in the continental US, we do not serve Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada. This helps us keep our costs down and allows us to provide you with the lowest prices!

A: All reconditioned batteries will arrive in just 2-5 business days, for FREE!!! We ship all our reconditioned batteries via FedEx and guarantee delivery in 2-5 business days, for all orders placed before 12:00 pm on any business day. If you order after 12:00PM on any day, your battery will be shipped the next business day. For example, if you order on Friday after 12:00PM, your boxes will ship the next business day (Monday) and are guaranteed to arrive in 2-5 business days, which is either Wednesday or Thursday. Although rare, this product might take an additional 2-4 days to arrive.

A: A used battery is battery pulled from a salvage or wrecked car. These batteries are normally charged on a cheap battery charge back to 12v. The electrolytes are not replaced; and the plates are heavy sulfated. Used batteries do not replace any internal components and utilize used parts only.
Battery Guyz reconditioned battery are totally drained of old battery electrolytes, cleaned, tested, repaired if necessary, and then reassembled with new high performance battery electrolytes to restore to a higher performance. Therefore, a remanufactured battery goes through extensive repair processes before it's sold.

A: YES, These batteries weigh over 50 lbs. and we use a freight transportation company to ship pallets throughout the U.S. Please call our customer department to get an accurate freight quote at 1-800-965-1076

A: Yes, we only reconditioned deep cycle batteries such as golf cart, floor scrubbers, 4d, 8d etc. Note-if these batteries are available in stock just exchange the core. We do not recondition auto batteries for individuals. These batteries are in stock.

A: Oops! we are so sorry! We explain all of this in the terms and conditions you agree to, prior to placing your order. We have built a completely automated system that enables us to not only ship same day but provide the lowest prices on batteries anywhere in the country. There is very little human interaction involved once the order is placed. Because we rely so much on technology, orders that are placed on the phone or web are immediately charged to the customer's credit card, pulled from inventory, and entered the FedEx system for same day shipping. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to intercept an order after it is placed, even before it is shipped. Once you have placed an order and received a confirmation number, your credit card will have been charged and your batteries will already be on their way to you. If you would like to return it, you will be responsible for shipping the unopened, complete order back to BatteryGuyz.com for a refund of the purchase price, subject to a 30% restocking fee.

A: YES! You can return any unopened, "shipping box" to us if you contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. You are responsible for shipping the modules back to us and your return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please Note: We are not able to accept returns of any opened shipping box. All returns must have an authorized RMA# written on the outside of the returned box. RMA#s can be obtained from our Customer Service representatives by calling 1-800-965-1076.

A: NO, you can not ship back the core for $20. It will cost you 3 times more to ship the old core back. We suggest you visit your nearest Battery Guyz Franchise location for a core refund or simply visit your nearest scrap recycling business to get cash for recycling your old battery.

A: When placing an order online or over the phone, confirmation is of the utmost importance. For this reason, we provide double confirmation. Upon completion of a successful order process, we will display a six-digit confirmation number on your web browser. We will also immediately send you an email containing your receipt and confirmation number. If you did not receive an order confirmation number on your computer's browser and/or you did not immediately receive an email from Battery Guyz with a copy of your receipt (including your confirmation number) please call us asap at 1-800-965-1076.

A: FEDEX notices are usually sent because a signature was required but no one was available to sign for the boxes, or because of an incorrect address or apartment number. If you have requested that FEDEX require a signature to deliver your battery, please make sure someone is available on the delivery date. If an order cannot be delivered due to an unavailable signature, FEDEX will reschedule the delivery for the next business day. If an address or apartment number is incorrect, FEDEX will try and call you to get the information corrected. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you have received an exception notice for these or any other reason, please call FEDEX at 1-800-GO-FEDEX to resolve the issue.
