The part you are purchasing is 98% recyclable. When the used part from your vehicle is returned to us, the deposit is refunded to you!
Note: You must return the old part to your nearest Battery Guyz location or in the box, the new one came in. To return your “Core”, simply bring it when you pick up your battery in-store. If you purchased your product online, then please submit a support ticket (link to Contact Us Form) and we will send you further instructions. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the “Core” or old to Battery Guyz.
Hazardous Packaging Charge Included:
What is it? We are required by the shipping carrier and environmental agency standards to materials that safely ship batteries filled with acid by ground.
What does this include? Packaging includes liner bags, ties, foam, and Vermiculite. The hazardous fee is charged to provide the materials and ship, handle and package the reconditioned battery properly.
